Raymond Berry

Honorary Chairman

Mr. Raymond Berry enjoyed great success during his 37 years in the National Football League, culminating in his acceptance into the NFL Hall of Fame.

Raymond was part of the great Baltimore Colts teams of the late 50’s and 60’s and along with quarterback, Johnny Unitas, formed one of the most potent passing tandems in NFL history. As a player, he changed the game, and held the record for most receptions in an NFL playoff game for almost three decades.

He spent 18 years as an assistant coach and six years as a head coach of the New England Patriots. As head coach of the New England Patriots, Raymond guided them to their first ever Super Bowl appearance and was voted the 1985 NFL Coach of the Year.

Raymond Berry is a founding principal of HBW, and is a graduate of SMU (Southern Methodist University) with degrees in real estate and insurance. Licenses include life and health insurance in several states.

The Management Team

Our core staff has been with us 20+ years. Over the decades while supporting our advisors, HBW kept their eye on the future. As market conditions evolve, new product offerings emerge, regulatory compliance tightens, and market consolidation continues to increase, HBW has continued to provide broader back-office support and services, stronger company relationships, and compliance support through HBW Advisory Services LLC. The expanding government regulatory, licensing and compliance changes have transformed the new advisor profile.
