About Us
Lisa Betances has been in an operations role within the financial services industry since October of 1993. She set her sights on the banking industry to start her career early on in life. Then, once reaching her goal of becoming operations manager after eight years with a local bank, she decided to explore other business options.
Lisa joined what was then HBW Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. in January 2001. She is now senior vice president of administration and controller for HBW Advisory Services LLC and the parent company, HBW Insurance and Financial Services, Inc.
As an executive, Lisa continues to play a vital role in the management and operation of all these entities, as well as managing the home office personnel. She is very focused and passionate about her work and fully understands that her position is extremely important to the advisors in the field and the HBW home office staff.
Lisa takes great pride in her strong relationships, both personal and business. She is a loving mother and “Mimi” to several children.
